How to Get Travel Scholarships

Many universities and colleges offer travel scholarships to allow students to participate in study abroad education programs. To qualify for these travel scholarships, students may have to:
- Attend classes at the college that is issuing the scholarship
- Meet minimum grade requirements
- Fill in an application form
- Give reasons why they should receive the travel scholarship or write a paper to qualify for consideration
- In some cases, have gained a place on a study abroad education program
- Meet any other criteria set by the provider of the travel scholarships
